We offer a variety of opportunities to introduce college students and recent graduates to the fast-paced world of retail – from 12-week summer internships to 6-month co-ops to entry-level development programs. Depending on your functional area and role, our campus programs may provide training, programming and guidance on how to grow your career with us.

The majority of our internships, co-ops and early career opportunities open in late August when our Campus Recruiters are looking for the best and brightest talent to join TJX. Based on business demand, additional opportunities may become available and recruited for in the spring – beginning in late January and recruitment closing in late March.
